We invite you into a 3-day immersive journey in Portland, Oregon dedicated to family, relationship and conscious transformation.

In yogic philosophy, it is said that our soul chooses it’s family before birth. We enter into soul agreements—lifetime after lifetime—with the people closest to us, to walk this human experience together. We come not only to love one another, but to learn, to serve and to grow.

For many of us, the deepest growth arises from the deepest pain. It is often through suffering, confusion or longing that we find practices like yoga—seeking something that can help us make sense of our lives and relationships.

But what if we could begin to experience our family not only as a karmic bond, but as a dharmic one?

Dharma is our cosmic duty. It is what we are here to fulfill in this lifetime—what our soul came to learn, embody and offer.

Family—whether parents, siblings, partners, children, or those we choose—are our greatest teachers. And yet, these relationships are often the most complex and challenging.

To truly access the lessons they carry, we sometimes need deeper tools.

I am finding more and more in this life of motherhood to train my eyes to seek the beauty of this world. It is easy to see the darkness, it takes great discipline to see the light.

But the world will only ever be as good as we can imagine it, so it is our responsibility to hold a vision of the world we wish for our children.

Kundalini yoga, dance, meditation, community and connection are what sustain me through this wild and wonderful world.

I hope to share this recipe for life with those who are seeking and curious.
