This immersion is about personal transformation, deepening our core capacity and consciousness. In this 30 hours, Wah will take you on a journey through the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga offering you an in-depth understanding of the vast technology as to how Kundalini works and how it can work to enhance your life.

We will challenge ourselves and confront self-imposed limits, going inward to experience our soul and expand into our highest and purest consciousness. We will leave the course with gained knowledge and confidence to build a more peaceful and creative life.

All the information in these courses is presented in an interactive learning environment. You will explore topics and discuss them with other students in groups and have the opportunity to practice longer and deeper meditations. We will explore different kriyas and their benefits and learn about the power and healing in sound current and using mantras from the Kundalini tradition.  You will complete the course with the tools and the know how to carry on with a sustainable home practice.

The focus of the immersion will be to give you an experience of that all of this is possible. Like Buddha said, “We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows.” In order to clear the mind me must begin to understand it.

Is a monthly joining of spirited humans seeking love, connection + purpose. Come ready to open your heart and connect with others. We will move and groove, awakening our bodies with the ancient practice of Kundalini yoga and dance. We will soothe our tender hearts and busy minds using meditation and ritual. This gathering is infused with the ancient and the new, allowing us to collectively create space for a consciousness that can support each of us to live from our highest selves. Let us gather with curious minds and humble hearts!

5 Week Prenatal Yoga Series

Empower your pregnancy journey with the Khalsa Way pregnancy yoga method. Using movement, breathwork, and meditation, this series will guide you through every stage of pregnancy while tapping into your natural intuition as a mother. This goes beyond the physical practice. It is one equally of the heart and soul. These classes will help keep your body healthy and strong as you prepare for labor, calm emotions or anxieties you may be feeling around this transformative time and, most importantly, give you dedicated time to connect with your baby and your body as you progress in your pregnancy towards birth.
