Spring is here and Green Drinks are back!

My favorite way to start the day is with a Green drink! They are quick, packed with good greeness and satisfy me for hours! Here is one of my favorite recipes. If you don’t have a powerful blender the drinks may tend to be a little less smooth. It is worth it to invest in a good blender. The Bullet blender is a good option if you can’t get a Vita Mix.

Green Drink! 

Yogi Hulk

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce

  • 2 leaves of kale

  • 4 stems of parsley

  • 2 stock celery

  • 1/3 cucumber

  • 2 cups coconut water

  • 1 banana

  • 1 small chunk fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Notes: 

If it is too thick add water or ice. You can find what you like and don’t like and begin to create your own recipes! You can add barley grass powder to it for an extra boost of super greens. Drink all at once or save some for an afternoon snack!
