GREAT WOMEN GATHER
When Women gather they heal, when women heal, they heal the world. Join our sacred community of women for an evening of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Dance, Ceremony, Celebration and Connection. The world is calling us forth to reclaim our place and power. Together we can be reminders to each other to reflect and share our truth and wisdom. It is easy to get lost in our thought of being small, join this community to be reminded of your greatness.
What we do: Kundalini Yoga, Dance, Connect, Celebrate, Meditate, Build Community! This event is open to all! New and seasoned yogis. If you are looking for a space to have authentic connection with other women on the path of spirit, look no further!

Workshops and Retreats
Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive and vast practice. It offers much more than what can be shared in a 1½ hour class. Workshops are usually 2½ hours or longer. They are designed to dive deeper into different highlighted subjects that give students more time to explore and learn how to incorporate the teachings of Kundalini Yoga into their daily life.
Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga
Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga was developed by Gurmukh Khalsa (Wah's mother) and is a modified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice for expecting mothers. Khalsa Way is an empowering practice to give woman the experience of their own strength and intuition, preparing them for birth, parenting and life.
